SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION
1.Order processing times
Orders will generally be processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days.Note that transit times vary depending on destination.For Australian customers, all orders are sent Express post – approximately 1-3 Business DaysAll packages post with tracking information provided when the order is dispatched. International orders also have a signature on delivery requirement.
2.Where will my order ship from?
Orders are dispatched from Perth, Western Australia.
3.Shipping costs
For domestic customers, shipping is $18 flat rate and is Express postage with tracking. Customers may choose the option that includes an extra $2.95 free for signature on delivery. For international customers, shipping costs are calculated at the checkout based on the delivery location and weight of the order. The prices include tracking and signature on delivery.
4.Carrier information
Orders are dispatched via Australia Post.NOTE: there is a 20kg maximum limit on all orders. Orders over 20kg will need to be either shipped in separate packages or via a different courier service. SandPatchStudios will be in contact with you for orders over 20kg to discuss the shipping options.
5.Shipping Address
It is the customers responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly. SandPatch Studios takes no responsibility for orders being shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address. SandPatch Studios takes no responsibility for the cost of orders being returned to sender, and then reshipped to the customer, if an incorrect or incomplete address entered.
6.Transport delays
Such delays are out of our control, and we do not take responsibility for any delays incurred. If your delivery has gone beyond the advised ETA noted on the carriers website, please reach out to us and we will do the needful to assist you in chasing up the delivery with the carrier.
7.Orders lost or damaged in transit
SandPatch Studios will not accept responsibility for any loss or damage not identified at the time of delivery in writing to the delivery driver and in reference to that shipping connote. For goods damaged, please take photographs upon arrival and contact us within 24hours of your orders arrival. Despite damages, do not dispose of items, as we may require the goods to be shipped back to us. SandPatch Studios may replace the goods damaged, or alternatively provide a store credit / voucher to cover the cost of the goods.
8.Authority to Leave
SandPatch Studios will not accept responsibility for any 'Authority to Leave' packages, as you have requested for goods to be left in any place at your request.
9.International Customs Charges
Pricing excludes any Duties or Taxes applicable in your country of residence. You may have to pay Customs charges including Duties and/or Taxes on top of the advertised price when your goods arrive in your country. We have no influence over your countries Customs Charges.
